Utilizing progressive tooling and compound/secondary tooling, we are able to produce precise sheet metal pieces of various sizes, offering pilot runs, prototypes, and high-volume production for stamping projects.

- A range of over 35 presses from 25 to 600 tons, with speeds up to 100 strokes per minute.
- Extensive experience working with a variety of alloys including Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Hot and Cold Rolled Steel, HSLA, HRS/CRS, Pre-Plated, and Pre-Finished materials.
- Capability to manufacture parts with tolerances ranging from 0.005” to 0.375” thickness.
- Secondary in-house production methods such as In-Die Tapping and In-Die Labeling.
