Our plant houses four oil hydraulic presses ranging in capacities from 1200# to 4000#, as well as two conventional ring rollers. With the ability to produce forgings weighing between 100# to 30,000#, we offer a wide range of shapes including rings, disks, cylinders, bars, shafts, step-shafts, blocks, and rectangles. Liberty Forge maintains a diverse selection of dies, including ASA flanges and well head dies, to accommodate various customer requirements. Our materials are forged to meet ASTM, ASME, ABS, and Military specifications, with the capability to also adhere to individual company specifications.
