Our facility is equipped with four CNC turning centers, featuring 3½-inch through bar capacity, live tooling, and C axis, allowing us to efficiently handle a wide range of turning requirements. We have extensive experience in machining materials ranging from plastics to tool steels, from prototypes to production runs. In addition, we have four vertical machining centers with 4th-axis capabilities. Our expertise has been utilized by OEM manufacturers, aerospace, electronics, automotive, and agriculture sectors, all benefiting from our ability to deliver high-quality parts on time. Whether it's production runs, prototypes, jigs, fixtures, hydraulic cylinders, or precision weldments, we have the knowledge and capability to meet your needs. We offer in-house heat treating for small lot items, as well as surface grinding and jig grinding for precision tooling requirements.
