About Seller: Our management team collectively possesses over 50 years of experience in the design and manufacture of rubber and plastic parts. We have extensive knowledge of various elastomers, including thermoset and thermoplastic materials. Our team offers design expertise to assist with material selection, part design, and mold design. Newact maintains a broad inventory of plastic and rubber materials, such as sheet goods, rod stock, custom rubber compounds, and O-rings.
We collaborate with customers to ensure our inventory meets their needs and are equipped with 50 to 200-ton molding presses, roll grinders, stamping presses, extruders, and a complete tool and mold shop with 3-axis CAD/CAM capability for rubber products. For plating danglers and equipment, we have 100 to 150-ton molding presses, cable cutting, punching and forming presses, and a machine shop. Our plastic products are manufactured using injection molding presses, CNC routers, 3-axis CNC machining centers, CNC lathe, and fabricating equipment.
We specialize in producing rubber seals, grommets, gaskets, rollers, cable assemblies, and other rubber-to-metal or rubber-to-plastic molded products. Additionally, we offer plating danglers, crossovers, sprockets, and other parts for the plating industry. Molded or machined plastic parts can be produced in small or large quantities. Our diverse clientele includes industries such as aerospace, medical, food processing, packaging machinery, plating shops and distributors, sporting goods, chemical plants, and mining equipment.
