About Seller: Our company has a long-standing history in the petroleum equipment industry, dating back to its founding by Mr. James "Jimmy" Newberry. Established in 1927, Mr. Newberry initially focused on distributing pumps, hoses, and tanks in the Mid South region. In 1951, the company relocated to West Memphis, Arkansas, where it began manufacturing tank trucks and steel storage tanks. As a founding member of the Petroleum Equipment Institute (PEI), Mr. Newberry played a pivotal role in the organization's success, earning him the title of "The Father of the PEI." After Mr. Newberry's retirement, the company was acquired by the Kemp family in partnership with Hamilton Tanks of Columbus, Ohio, leading to continued growth and a reputation for excellence in product quality and service. With a strong presence in the industry, our company collaborates with esteemed organizations such as STI, PEI, NFPA, EPA, and Underwriter's Laboratories, contributing to the development of industry standards and products. Under new ownership since early 2011, Newberry Tanks & Equipment, LLC is well-equipped with a skilled and experienced team to meet your needs for petroleum storage tanks and related equipment and services. The acquisition of Faith Tank in 2012 expanded our offerings to include rectangular lube tanks, lube dispensing, and oil recycling recovery systems. Our centralized manufacturing facilities enable us to achieve economies of scale, while maintaining high-quality standards and production systems that give us a competitive edge.
