Founded in February 1977 as Process Equipment Builders Company by Max A. Ladt and Carroll Ladt, our company quickly identified a market need for gates, valves, and chutes for controlling and loading dry bulk materials. In 1982, Process Equipment Builders Company transitioned to become �PEBCO�� and continued its focus on designing and manufacturing customized gates, valves, diverters, mass flow feeders, air slides, dustless loading spouts, telescopic chutes, PEBCO� Cascade Chute�, and systems for barge, ship, truck, and rail-car loading. Through dedication and commitment since 1977, PEBCO� has expanded its presence globally with headquarters in the United States and representation worldwide.
