The pipe features four plys of metal with a continuous interlocked reinforcing rib on the outside, allowing for the creation of long lengths of pipe in various diameters from specified gauge strip stock. Originally developed for high velocity, high pressure air conditioning systems, Spiral pipe is now widely used in various applications including ventilation, dust removal, grain handling, carbon monoxide exhaust, and dual wall pipe for sound and thermal insulation. Additionally, Spiral pipe can be manufactured in other materials such as vinyl-coated steel, brass, copper, aluminum, and stainless steel upon special request.
