About Seller: For the past 40 years, ThermOmegaTech has established itself as a leading designer and manufacturer of self-actuating temperature control valves and actuators. Our extensive experience allows us to develop solutions for a diverse range of applications. Originally focused on providing freeze valves for the railroad industry in 1983, ThermOmegaTech now sets the standard for freeze protection valves in the industry, safeguarding billions of dollars worth of equipment annually. Our thermostatic valve and thermal actuator technology is utilized in various industries including Commercial Plumbing, Aerospace & Defense, and Industrial applications where precise temperature control is essential. Our products are used for freeze protection, scald protection, steam traps, thermal relief, mixing & diverting, cooling fluid control, thermal balancing, drain tempering, tepid water delivery, and other applications where temperature fluctuations impact a system. Our mixing valves designed for hot/cold water and steam/water applications are integrated into Washdown Stations, Instantaneous Hot Water Heaters, and Tepid Water Delivery Systems for safety showers and combination face/eyewash stations.
In 2018, we entered the Electronics Contract Manufacturing market by acquiring a local PCB contract manufacturer, IMET Electronics Corporation. Subsequently, in 2019, we acquired another manufacturer, TJM Electronics, and merged both brands under the ThermOmegaTech name. We have made significant investments in our Electronics Division over the past four years, leveraging the extensive PCBA experience of our employees. By consolidating all employees and equipment into our manufacturing facility in Warminster, PA, located near Philadelphia, we have enhanced efficiency and communication across all divisions. The integration of ThermOmegaTech's expertise in phase-change technology, thermal actuator design, and valve manufacturing with our PCB assembly capabilities has allowed us to expand our product offerings to better meet our customers' needs.
