About Seller: Weaver Industries, Inc. was established in 1954 by Harold S. Weaver. The company has experienced significant growth since its humble beginnings, now operating a 60,000 square-foot facility capable of machining large graphite pieces. Our product range includes components ranging from small ounces to 10-ton equipment for the steel industry. We have transitioned from using basic woodworking tools to utilizing advanced machinery such as horizontal boring mills, conventional lathes, CNC-controlled lathes, and milling and drilling machines. Our workforce has expanded from Harold Weaver working solo in his basement to employing 65 individuals across two plants located in Denver, Pennsylvania and Lumberton, Texas. Weaver Industries caters to various industries including metallurgical, chemical, aerospace, nuclear, primary metals, powdered metal, and heat treat sectors, producing customized items to meet specific requirements. Apart from our 46 years of expertise in graphite machining, we also possess 15 years of experience in machining and finishing composites for aerospace, automotive, and other industrial applications. Moreover, we supply graphite tooling for composite part fabrication. While much of our work is confidential, we have served as a subcontractor for government-related projects for entities such as McDonnell Douglas Corporation, Princeton University's Tokamak Fusion Test Reactor, and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory-University of California.
